Office Help: The church council is looking for a volunteer bookkeeper with computer skills to work with our treasurer Martina C. on recording income and expenses, and creating a report for council and congregational meetings. Altar Guild: The altar guild is an important ministry of our church. The altar guild makes a needed and valuable contribution to the worship services of the church. The altar guild keeps the chancel and its furnishings clean, vests the altar according to the requirements of the days and seasons of th church year. They place the candles, arrange the flowers, and take care of the sacred vessels, linens, and vestments. Time commitment is 1.5 hours per month. Your support is needed; if interested contact Marge M.
From St. Pauly: Thank you for continuing to collaborate with us on the St. Pauly Textile clothing drop-off shed project! In 2016 roughly 9,894 garments of clothing were donated to your shed. This was enough to clothe an estimated 1,200 people. This clothing is being used right now by people in one or more of 44 different countries, including the U.S, to which our clothing is likely to have been distributed this past year. Your congregation has raised $915 in 2016 through the hosting of this shed. We ask that you continue to spread the word about the clothing shed to other community members.
Coffee Hour: We are in need of volunteers! If you have a knack for organization, prayerfully consider serving as a Coffee Hour Volunteer. This ministry of volunteers take turns hosting our fellowship time in Luther Hall. Having a snack and beverage after church is a great way for us to greet newcomers, catch up on the latest happenings, and share fellowship. Visitors are encouraged to mingle! You are certain to feel at home and may even make a new friend or two! If you'd like to volunteer, please see Jan S. to help with this important ministry of hospitality.
Flowers: If you would like to donate flowers in honor or memory of a loved one there is a sign-up sheet located in the back of the church. Flower envelopes have been placed in the pews for your convenience. Please sign up for the Sunday you wish to donate and include all the information on the envelope provided including $20 for your donation.

Soup Kitchen: Our congregation, as part of REM (Ramapo Ecumenical Ministries), assists in providing delicious meals, served at Christ Ramapo Church. We need help with a few dollars for the main course, like meat, potatoes, salad, veggies, and juice. We serve nearly 100 people every eight weeks. Please consider making a donation. Monies can be given to Hannelore R. at the 9:30AM service, or Marge M. at the 11:15AM service.

Adult Computer Classes: Are you over 50 and need to learn todays computers and other devices? Classes are being offered at the Adult Learning Center of Rockland, 121 W Nyack Rd., Nanuet, NY. The center (a program of Meals on Wheels) is accepting applications for June/July classes including Mac. The class also teaches use of digital cameras, computer maintenance, iPad, and iPhones.
